Technical Assistance for Direct Pay

Overview

The Colorado Governor’s Office of Federal Funds and Strategic Initiatives (OFFSI) is offering free technical assistance to help tax-exempt organizations access federal clean energy tax credits through the Elective Pay (Direct Pay) Program.
These tax credits—made available through the Inflation Reduction Act—can cover up to 60% of eligible project costs.

This program helps nonprofits plan, fund, and implement clean energy projects across Colorado.
