The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) will develop a robust strategy to engage local jurisdictions and help advance and expand the equitable implementation of building performance standards (BPS) across the state. This program will provide all equity priority buildings with the available BPS adjustments, guidance and resources. CEO will also implement a pilot program to assist at least 10 multifamily buildings that are defined as low-income and located in disadvantaged communities with meeting building performance standards.
