Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) will provide technical assistance to agricultural producers to access grants or loans for energy efficiency and renewable energy through the USDA Rural Energy for America (REAP) program. Eligible applicants from disadvantaged communities will receive expedited assistance, including access to bridge loans through the Colorado Clean Energy Fund.
