The White House has requested that each State appoint an Infrastructure Coordinator to facilitate IIJA communication and coordination between the Federal, State, and local governments. The White House has released the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act guidebook, which provides guidance on all IIJA programming. In addition, the White House has created the Rural Playbook, which identifies programs set aside for rural communities under the law and overviews key flexibilities and other benefits available.
