Clean Water State Revolving Fund: $49,453,000

The Clean Water State Revolving Fund program is a federal-state partnership that provides low-cost financing to communities for a wide range of water quality infrastructure projects, including municipal wastewater facilities, nonpoint source pollution control, decentralized wastewater treatment systems, stormwater runoff mitigation, green infrastructure, estuary protection, and water reuse. As per EPA, forty-nine percent (49%) of this funding must be provided to disadvantaged communities as grants or principal forgiveness loans which can provide a pathway for underserved communities that might not otherwise have access to funding for water infrastructure upgrades.
